Darla Luebbe is an award winning Realtor and founding partner of The Real Estate Aces and Keller Williams Capital Partners Realty. Darla has over 23 years of experience as a full time, licensed REALTOR. She has been awarded many distinctions including Pacesetters Award, Circle of Excellence, President’s Club Award, Triple Gold Award for Volume production & she has been inducted into the International President’s Elite (The top 4% of real estate agents in the world).

Darla has earned membership in the Columbus Board of REALTOR’S One Million Dollar, the Five Million Dollar and the highest award achievable, the 25 Million Dollar Club Award.

Darla continuously updates her education by attending classes and seminars. She received her GRI designation, (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute), from the OAR in 1995. The GRI involves three 30 hour courses covering areas of advanced marketing, construction, equal opportunity, appraising, financing, brokerage management, taxation, development and other current issues along with passing an exam, was required. *In 2001, Darla obtained her ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative Designation, which is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer Representation for the few agents who  have successfully completed the course, passed the exam and have achieved the minimum number of transactions. Only 5% of all agents earn this designation. Finally in 2008 Darla received her CRS-Certified Residential Specialist, designation which is known within the industry as the “PhD of Real Estate”.

 

Darla gives back to her real estate community by teaching several classes at the Columbus Board of Realtors covering topics such as Staying Technologically Advanced in the Real Estate World, Business Planning, Time Management, Pricing Your Listings To Sell etc…

On a personal note, Darla lives in Westerville with her life partner Elaine Stewart & their chihuahuas Lily & Lola. They have two grandchildren Brandon (10) & Ave (7) who light up their lives. Darla sings with the award winning Scioto Valley Chorus, a woman’s 4 part a cappella group and her quartet “Joyful Noise” who just won 2nd place at the Region 4 Annual Competition. They are heading to Houston to compete in the International competition in October 2011.
