Howard T. Short and Burdette Augsburger Scholarship Fund of the Legacy Fund Description: This fund was established to benefit gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered students pursuing post-secondary education at a Central Ohio college or university or Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio Eligibility Requirements:
o    Candidate must be gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgendered
o    Canddiate must be pursuing post-secondary education at a Central Ohio (Franklin and contiguous counties) college or university or Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio
o    Candidate must have at least a 2.75 grade point average
